Hi gang! I hope everyone is having a good week so far. Yesterday morning I went to the gym in town and did a 30 min treadmill and 1 hour yoga. Then in the afternoon My husband and I strung some electric fence around a pasture and processed some cattle through the chute. I as almost too tired to make supper. Have a good day all. T

Downloaded a Nike app on my phone to get variety in my workouts and it is actually a great app!! Describes how to do every exercise so you don’t have to look at your phone

Installed a Nike workout app on my phone and tried one of the 20 min workouts today! Very good full body workout!

Trying hard to stick with the no sugar plan … it’s tough, but I’m determined!
I got in a good workout yesterday, 1 mike walk & 1 mile run/jog through ~12” fresh snow in the pasture.

Good morning. I didn’t get my exercise in yesterday because I was just too tired when I got home. Today is s new day. Rainy, cold and dreary here. I don’t have to leave the ranch today, so I’ll do some stretching/yoga and try for 30 min on the treadmill mill. Have a good day all.

Just spent 3 hours shoveling my driveway and I don’t think I’m even half done 🙁 got lots of snow last night and my quad is broke down. But it’s def a good full body workout

So yesterday I forgot about the no sugar thing, I had a peach tea and a bite of jello.
I have a yoga ball at work I sit on, and I make myself go walk laps around the warehouse, but I know I am not active enough. Its hard to be motivated to do anything when it is 20* and the wind is blowing 20 or better. I hate living in the frozen north some…[Read more] -

Good morning. Yesterday I did a 30 min yoga video at home. Then walked 30 minutes. Then in the afternoon helped my husband string electric fence. Whew! The no sugar is going great. I can tell the difference in my joints. I’m off to the sale barn this morning. But will get a walk in this afternoon. Have a good day everyone ! Terah

Yay! I finally got a workout in today! I did weights, stationary bike and then walked the dog for a mile. For some reason, I just felt so weak today. I think it’s because my body is missing sugar. I ate an orange this afternoon that really helped.
