I’m 50 I look around at older people and I think to myself… I want a better life than that… I don’t want to ever give up riding… I want to feel good enough to play with grandchildren some day…

I especially love that last part about playing with grandchildren some day. My mom and MIL had some health scares while I was pregnant, and we weren’t sure if they would still be around for our baby. Thankfully, they both made it through and changed their lifestyles to overcome! It’s so great to see them with Bubbles.

The older we get the more aches and pains we have… quitting sugar multiplies that … I have found that Past Tense essential oil by doTerra… it’s a roll on… on my neck and shoulders really helps with this. Not a rep… just something I have found that works for me. When I ride I put it on my lower back.

I can’t say I was sugar free today but I cut it down to about 4 grams.

One of my big motivators for doing this challenge is to have more energy and get back into developing healthy habits – improve my life so I can improve life for my baby.
