    I had an egg, whole wheat toast, 1 slice turkey bacon for breakfast. I am not a fan of oatmeal. Has anyone been an oatmeal hater that turned lover and any tips on how you did it?

    • Have you tried putting different fruits in it? Also, once we can add a little sugar back into our diets, try a bit of brown sugar or molasses. Some people like the taste of Cream of Wheat better. It is also a good, nutritious breakfast.
