    Sugar detox…day 6…getting easier to “just say no” to sugar. However…my protein shake for lunch had a whopping 15 grams of sugar (organic cane sugar, acacia gum, and fructooligo-saccharides)…GRRR. I should have paid more attention to the nutrition facts and ingredients. The good news is without all the other added sugars in my diet from sweeteners and junk (cookies, cakes, chocolate chips, etc.) I will still be under the recommended daily goal. Will definitely be on the lookout for a protein power with less sugar. Any suggestions?
