Continuing to track nutrition. Had pizza over the weekend. I think for the first time in history I stuck to one slice and then filled up on veggies. Had corned beef and smoked cabbage with potatoes and green beans cooked in avocado oil on Sunday. Weighed and measured everything. Kept me within my allotted calories, as well as under the allowed fat and carbs. Makes a difference.
