Working out 5-6 days a week. I usually get 5 days in. Weekends are a little tricky, so I try to make everything I do some sort of workout. Example: Cowboy and I went to pick up some pallets for the hay barn. Packing those pallets is a good arm and cardio workout…BONUS! Need to get more walking in. Now that the weather is warming up, I will be able to work that in more. Will also start getting the flower beds and garden containers ready for planting. Good things come to those who sweat!
