Had to take a couple of days off from my workouts…the storm that rolled in took me out…huge headache, aching joints…grrr! But I’m baaaack!!! And I don’t feel like I missed a beat. I’m sticking with my 30 minute morning workouts, then I get the rest of my 10,000 steps in after chores are done. Even got the husband in on the walking. (We’ll see if we get those steps in tonight…will really depend on the weather. We can bundle up, but sometimes the wind is a bit much. Or do we get double steps for that? LOL!)
