    Leg day yesterday but only 5459 steps…boo! Nutrition pretty good, but not great.
    Breakfast = oatmeal with blueberries and walnuts
    Lunch = Spaghetti with chickpea pasta and meat sauce made with homegrown ground beef.
    Dinner = chicken, rice, steamed zucchini and yellow squash.
    Snack = peanut butter with a few chocolate chips.
    100 oz of water.

    Today was full body strength training. Will continue to work on crunches, plank, and squats, as well as steps if weather permits.
    Breakfast = Protein shake with banana, blueberries, spinach, and pea protein.
    Lunch = chicken, mixed green salad with tomato, mini red potatoes.
    50 oz of water so far.
