    Intermittent fasting hasn’t been too bad. Still trying to get it all figured out. So much conflicting information out there. Anyone else trying this?

    Food for the last couple of days has been:

    Yesterday:
    Breakfast: protein shake with 1/2 banana, blueberries, spinach, pea protein, and almond milk
    Lunch: Salmon and steamed rice
    Dinner: Tacos with home grown ground beef, beans, avocado…you know…Happy Cinco de Mayo food! LOL

    Today:
    Breakfast: oatmeal with blueberries, walnuts, and a splash of almond milk
    Lunch: Protein shake…same as above, but added a tablespoon of cocoa powder
    Dinner: Possibly Carne Asada. Or so the cowboy says. We’ll see.
