Did my workout today while my little is in school. But starting to feel like a caged bird. Going to have to find a workout group in town to join.

For exercises I can’t really incorporate Bubbles into, such as yoga, I’ve lucked out with his pretty consistent nap schedule that allows me somewhat planned time to myself to get it done! How do other mamas work around their baby’s schedules?

Has anyone done baby weight exercises, where you work out with your baby as the weight? Sometimes, when Bubbles just won’t accept not being held, it turns into a pretty good workout.

Today Bubbles was part of my workout by riding along in the jogger while I went on a couple mile walk around the rolling hills of our neighborhood. I got to work on some stroller lunges too!
