Welcome to the Cowgirl Fit Strong Spring 60 Challenge! This challenge will get you in the routine of living healthy. This is how the challenge will work. I will give you ideas of what I am doing, you can use them for tips or use your own

1-You will receive the Cowgirl PDF pages that you can download and print off to help keep your meals and workouts organized.
2-You will receive recipe and work out ideas
3-We will be focusing on weights, walking and including protein throughout the 60 day challenge
4-After the first 14 days of the challenge, we will break you up into teams so that you have a partner that will help you stay motivated and you will do the same for them. A fun way to stay motivated and accountable. (You can do it alone if you would rather not be teamed up)
5-Closed Facebook group for tips, accountability, motivation and friendships
6-Keep track daily of your progress.
