Upper body workout this morning. Increased weights on the last set. I have limited time in the morning…the best time for me to work out, so 30 minute workouts are best for me. Horses got new shoes yesterday…YAYYY!!! Looking forward to riding again. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate soon. 🙂

Breakfast Egg Muffins
