Got up a little late so I just did a 20 minute Fitbit workout. It was ok. And I walked the dogs. Happy Monday!

Premier Protein has a new flavor…birthday cake. Since it’s my birthday month I decided to try it. It’s ok but tastes a lot like vanilla sooo…I added half of a banana
and a couple handfuls of spinach. Yummy and filling lunch. Next time I’ll add some frozen mixed berries.

Walk with Scooter yesterday. Now that the weather has cooled off I’m looking forward to working with him more before winter sets in.

Did a barre workout yesterday. Really challenged my balance. I think I’ll do it again to help with that problem. Did a Fitbit MMA workout this morning. Even though it was a little hard to catch onto its the first Fitbit workout I’ve actually enjoyed and I will definitely do it again.

I’m struggling this weekend…my daughter that passed has been 3 months and it was the 2nd anniversary of my son getting hit and losing his leg. So I haven’t been eating anything all day and then I ate a burger at night Saturday. Not good. Same thing today…I’m not even hungry but I snack here and there on garbage.

Still working out 5-6 days a week. Need to find new workouts. Guess I should check out the Exerprise app. And I need to do better at meal planning.

Monday and Wednesday did a couple of Fitbit workouts. Not my favorite. Tuesday I just walked the dogs. Today I did an old school Billy Blanks workout. Still one of my favorites. My favorite DVD workouts are worn out and won’t play.

Well…we are still hotter than blazes here in Utah. I took this week off of work while my husband is at the ranch in NM and was hoping to get a few rides in, but things just haven’t worked out. Good job on working out! I’m so much the same way. I’ve also been struggling with depression and it’s been a really bad past few months but we can do this! It’s like a crul game… depression makes you not want to exercise but it’s what helps depression lol.

I’ve been STRUGGLING to get into the gym. My diet has been great but I’ll barely make 5 days this week. My daughter passed away in June and the depression is making it very hard to stay motivated.

I cook almost every night for my husband and myself, though I don’t like cooking. Y’all got any husband-friendly healthy recipes to share?

I did oven baked butter garlic salmon with a small amount of white rice and vegetables.

My husband is a typical cowboy
…meat and potatoes kinda guy but he is willing to adjust. We do stir fry with shrimp
or grilled chicken and rice. We also do spaghetti but use veggie pasta or protein pasta.
