Upper body workout this morning. Increased weights on the last set. I have limited time in the morning…the best time for me to work out, so 30 minute workouts are best for me. Wakes me up and keeps my energy level up during the day. I just use dumb bells and my own weight, along with some DVD workouts I have collected. Will add several sets of squats this afternoon…and maybe a short arm workout. Getting stronger!
