Continuing with daily workouts…such a great habit! The challenge is nutrition. I know I’m not the only one who is busier with more sunlight and better weather. I’m also not as good at meal planning, so…goals. I know that, for me, if I am better at meal planning, I am more likely to eat healthier, which includes eating dinner before 9:00 p.m. We are only 2 weeks away from the end of the challenge, but I plan to continue with daily workouts and better nutrition. Hope you all have a great week! Let’s finish STRONG!
