45 and over 2 years, 11 months agoHI, I am new to the group. I am almost 50 and had an accident in October last year and did my ACL which has been repaired but exercising has been very hard…eating is not to bad either but I am an emotional/stress eater.

Hi Meggs. I’m sorry to hear about your accident. Injuries do create a bigger challenge. Hopefully you are able to stick with your physical therapy exercises at home to help speed up the healing process. The 10 day sugar detox and tracking food has helped with my emotional/stress eating. Hope it is also helping. Stay strong!
