Feeling a little frustrated, but sticking with workouts, nutrition, and natural sugar (in food). I have drank 75 oz. of water per day for the last couple of years. Been a few days since I have visited this site, but have kept up with workouts and nutrition. Made the 10 day sugar detox. My son and his family were here for dinner on Sunday. Had a small slice of light cheesecake for dessert, but other than that I’m still living sugar free other than natural sugars found in foods. Hope you all are feeling great!

I have been doing great with getting my water down and eating right. Even doing my exercise if I could just find time to ride my horse I would be happy!

Cardio and leg days always seem to take more out of me. I feel like I need to eat more, but that makes it hard to stay within my calorie goals. More protein or more carbs? Or both?
