Fasting and praying are proving to be very beneficial to me… not just health wise but spiritually. I fail daily… but I continue to improve so I win! I’m excited to say that I’ve been able to keep up with the low sugar plan. I admit the no sugar rule is really tough to follow. I’m running ~2 miles, 3 days a week & adding I’m other bouts of exercise as able. Going for a new job interview today, same field, & channeling my confidence!

Ugh, haven’t been able to do anything physical for almost a week. Have any of you ladies dealt with sciatica before? I’m pretty sure that’s what I have. Going to a chiropractor tomorrow. Fingers crossed I’ll be able to at least walk again after that.

Ok…. I am back on track once again. My mom is home and recovering… now I am changing careers…. after 32 years… I can do this!!!! I am so excited. My new job will be sales related but I will have time to work out… so I am looking forward to it!!!

Traveling for a long weekend & I managed to schedule in a gym workout, running meet up with an old friend, a yoga class & a Zumba class! Hopefully, I can also keep the sugar content in foods low. Otherwise, an incredibly busy week … does moving boxes & storage crates count as a workout? Ha!

Ok… I haven’t been on for a couple of days, but I finished the No Sugar yesterday and I added a little bit today, but have stayed on a strict 1300 calorie day. I am going to eat some of what I like and stay in the 1,200-1,300 calorie range. This is easier for me than to stay away from everything. And I can stick to it longer…

So my Saturday was horrible, but I got back on track Sunday and have done pretty good today. I just need to find more time for exercise!

2 bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup quick oats
Smash bananas add eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix and add oats.
Make small pancakes!! -

Happy Friday!
Made it through the week without sugar. Managed to work through a few headaches & major fatigue! Water & more water is key to fighting through sugar cravings. I found it easier to avoid sugar @ home … at work, there are ALWAYS plates of cookies, local specialty cinnamon rolls & doughnuts sitting around! Anyone else? -

Okay another day done! I’m enjoying keeping busy! Got stuff moved out to the horses property today and got a couple ton of hay today! (More to come once we get a covered area to put it 😊) Got way over the 10,000 step goal!!
