Got my stationary bike in, treadmill, weights (arms) and 100 crunches. So nice to have it in! On with my day! Happy Friday!

Yes, I like to plan them and then get them frozen on the weekend all ready for the week. But I don’t get it done as often as I would like lately.

I know what you mean about the water. One thing that I do is fill an empty milk jug and mark different times on it to drink. I’ll post it in the f.b. group. It seems easier for me to drink water in the summer, that’s for sure.

I love the myfitnesspal app. I used it for years, we have to use Fitbit now for our insurance, but myfitness app is great and it’s nice its free.

My meal plans for today:
Breakfast: My favorite Protein Shake (recipe in Recipe Group)
Lunch: Kale Salad with boiled egg and black beans
Snack: Yogurt/strawberries
Dinner: Spaghetti w/ lean hamburgar, green beans

One I’d my very favorite cookies and I make them yeast round. I tweaked the recipe so that it has less sugar, better fats and more protein.
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 C Coconut oil
1C pumpkin ( not pumpkin pie mix)
1/2C sweetener (sugar or sugar substitute)

Protein Packed Cowboy Cookies
1/2 c peanut butter
1/4 c Greek yogurt
1/4 c coconut oil
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla
1/4 c sugar
1 scoop vanilla protein
1/2 c brown sugar
1 1/4 c flour
1 c oatmeal
1tsp soda
1tsp salt
