God will strengthen you with his own great power so that you will not give up when troubles come, but you will be patient. Colossians 1:11… Giving up sugar doesn’t feel good… but God assures us it will be good in time… my faith is in Him.

Fasting and praying are proving to be very beneficial to me… not just health wise but spiritually. I fail daily… but I continue to improve so I win! The first fast I did was social media… I am know doing the Daniel fast.. my sister is fasting from chocolate… I encourage you to pray about what God wants you to give up to focus more on…[Read more]
