One I’d my very favorite cookies and I make them yeast round. I tweaked the recipe so that it has less sugar, better fats and more protein.
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 C Coconut oil
1C pumpkin ( not pumpkin pie mix)
1/2C sweetener (sugar or sugar substitute)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Before with diets I’ve done a very low calorie and exercise and the weight fell off. I’m doing 1300 now with exercise and the weight isn’t moving…

I had the same problem the last time I joined a challenge (not Cowgirl Fit). Nutrition is such a science and I’m not a scientist, but using a nutrition tracker has helped me figure some things out. I have been using a calorie counter. I actually had to start adjusting my caloric intake and changey workout routine too since my body is different now that I’m in my 30s lol. Having no thyroid doesn’t help but it’s coming off! And yessss I love it let’s do it!!

Yes! I have been but I have developed this bad eating schedule…which is my fault and I need to fix. I haven’t been really eating most the day because I drink coffee and get busy…or I’ll just have a protein shake after lifting and won’t eat until dinner. All bad

HI, I am new to the group. I am almost 50 and had an accident in October last year and did my ACL which has been repaired but exercising has been very hard…eating is not to bad either but I am an emotional/stress eater.
-
Hi Meggs. I’m sorry to hear about your accident. Injuries do create a bigger challenge. Hopefully you are able to stick with your physical therapy exercises at home to help speed up the healing process. The 10 day sugar detox and tracking food has helped with my emotional/stress eating. Hope it is also helping. Stay strong!

I’m looking forward to spring and warmer weather so I feel more motivated to ride! I’m definitely a “fair weather” Cowgirl! 🤠
