Tracking nutrition and exercise in MyFitnessPal. I try to stay between 1200 and 1300 calories. Today’s meals:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with fresh blueberries and a few walnuts

Hi Ladies! I’m Connie. I’m 58…but age is just a number, right? 🙂 I have been active/athletic most of my life, but age and life changes caught up to me a few years ago, sooo…here I am…ready to improve my nutrition and get in better shape with you all. Hope you’re having a great day!

Day 2 of sugar detox. I’m still alive…LOL!!! 30 minute upper body workout this morning…added more weight…my arms will be noodles. 10 minute chilly walk with the dogs. I had wondered the same. Then I found a link on the Facebook Group. There was also an email sent out. Perhaps email the admin and they can send you the link – may be faster. I will see if I can find it and tag you too!

I downloaded the myfitnesspal app. I walked 2 miles on the treadmill and did kundalini yoga. Day 1✔ hope you all had a great day!

Walked dog for 20 minutes in the cold! Watching calories and need to remind myself to drink more water. Plan to do some leg and butt exercises. Keep strong ladies
