I have always been healthy and fit most of my life and have gained an extra 30 pounds since my late 40’s. I would love to get in a routine and lose the weight and get healthy again. Also, I know I’ll never get back into my size 6 jeans, but wouldn’t mind size 8! π

Ok everyone! I am back and ready to get back on the wagon. What a crazy few weeks it’s been. But I’m committing to get into my old jeans by Christmas!

Ok… I haven’t been on for a couple of days, but I finished the No Sugar yesterday and I added a little bit today, but have stayed on a strict 1300 calorie day. I am going to eat some of what I like and stay in the 1,200-1,300 calorie range. This is easier for me than to stay away from everything. And I can stick to it longer…

So my Saturday was horrible, but I got back on track Sunday and have done pretty good today. I just need to find more time for exercise!

I have stayed away from sugar all day and my headache is slowly going away! Hopefully tomorrow it will be gone! I’m going to start the 30 day Ab/Squat Challenge. I’m going to get these abs and thighs in shape! π

Yay, I made it the whole day without sugar!! I took a long walk with my horse. I’ll start riding more when it finally starts to cool down. I plan on doing weights and cardio tomorrow.

So yesterday, I did really good until last night. It was my anniversary, so my husband took me out. We had pasta…. and then I had frozen yogurt. My excuse was, “it’s not icecream” haha. But it was probably worse. I’m doing better today, haven’t cheated yet! I can do this, I can do this…

I’ve been feeling a little weaker today, so I had some peanut butter and also added some grapes for a snack. Feeling better. I passed up on some discounted donuts today. They looked wonderful, but I didn’t pull the trigger. Haha! Going to get a swim in now.

I had an egg, whole wheat toast, 1 slice turkey bacon for breakfast. I am not a fan of oatmeal. Has anyone been an oatmeal hater that turned lover and any tips on how you did it?
