30 minute cardio with weights this morning. 4:30 a.m. comes early. Only time I can workout without interruptions and get chores done and to work on time. It’s worth it. Have a great day!

Here a GREAT quick HIIT workout toget that hearrate up. I was a competitive power lifter so my cardio isn’t great these days but this girl has a modified version for those of us working up to it

So I worked out this past week every day I needed to. I was injured and worked around it but I even did the suggested riding bareback in addition for more of a workout.

One I’d my very favorite cookies and I make them yeast round. I tweaked the recipe so that it has less sugar, better fats and more protein.
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 C Coconut oil
1C pumpkin ( not pumpkin pie mix)

HI, I am new to the group. I am almost 50 and had an accident in October last year and did my ACL which has been repaired but exercising has been very hard…eating is not to bad either but I am an emotional/stress eater.

Hi Meggs. I’m sorry to hear about your accident. Injuries do create a bigger challenge. Hopefully you are able to stick with your physical therapy exercises at home to help speed up the healing process. The 10 day sugar detox and tracking food has helped with my emotional/stress eating. Hope it is also helping. Stay strong!
