Here are a few tasty cookie recipes ideas we have found that don’t take sugar and might help in weeks ahead where you really need a sweet treat. The peanut butter ones are a favorite.

I really need this challenge to stay focused. I would love to lose about 30 pounds! I am picturing my new outfit for the holidays. This group keeps me accountable and motivated. I hope I can stick it out!

Ok ladies, I did clean the stalls this morning, before I packed my bag (with tennis shoes and workout clothes) for the trip to Dallas. Waiting at the airport right now. I hope the hotel is in a decent spot with a great place to workout. I will try to take a pic to post here. We are going to drop some of the summer “pudge”!!!

Yes, post a picture. I hope your hotel has a good workout room. I took a walk with my horse tonight. Too hot to ride. Still in the 100’s… I’m going to start weights tomorrow and cardio.

I find the older I get life gets in the way more… I thought it was suppose to slow down… How do you guys find balance with life and workout… As a mom… breadwinner… I find it hard to carve out time for me without feeling bad.

I get up at 5 am and do some type of a work out even if its for just 30 minutes. Don’t feel guilty about taking time for yourself!!! Its needed!

I’m going to have to do that… thank you for the support… I don’t have a lot of that currently… but I’m focusing on new and improved…

Back on the wagon (or rather, Back in the Saddle) this morning!! 171 pounds but I haven’t measured yet. I have been really active in the last few weeks, and rode both horses Saturday and Sunday. Hi folks! I’ve been doing well on my eating since the last challenge ended, but I have to admit the last few days haven’t been great. The weather has been incredibly hot here, and is just now cooling down. Work is busy and I’ve been focusing on that. Today I’m going to pack my lunch for the office, which will help. See ya’ll!!

I didn’t start off well today… ran out of the house late today… work for a doctor… schedule is packed…. have to help with funeral and meal for the family today and memorial service tonight… not sure how to better manage my time for meal prep and workout when I feel like I’m always on the run just trying to keep up.
