So I worked out this past week every day I needed to. I was injured and worked around it but I even did the suggested riding bareback in addition for more of a workout.

Good Morning! Had to delete my previous account and start over. CF admin is still trying to figure out the problems, but in the meantime, I have sent new friend requests and am working on rebuilding my profile. Hope you all are doing well. Have a great weekend!

My horse is tall and I need to lose a few to be able to pull myself up easier and also I feel very self conscious when I ride. It does effect my balance too.

Before with diets I’ve done a very low calorie and exercise and the weight fell off. I’m doing 1300 now with exercise and the weight isn’t moving…

I had the same problem the last time I joined a challenge (not Cowgirl Fit). Nutrition is such a science and I’m not a scientist, but using a nutrition tracker has helped me figure some things out. I have been using a calorie counter. I actually had to start adjusting my caloric intake and changey workout routine too since my body is different now that I’m in my 30s lol. Having no thyroid doesn’t help but it’s coming off! And yessss I love it let’s do it!!

I would suggest increasing protein if you haven’t tried that.

Yes! I have been but I have developed this bad eating schedule…which is my fault and I need to fix. I haven’t been really eating most the day because I drink coffee and get busy…or I’ll just have a protein shake after lifting and won’t eat until dinner. All bad
