My motivation…getting rid of the kangaroo pouch, detoxing from sugar, and being a healthy role model for my grandkids. (This photo is from June of last year.)

Cold walk with the dogs, a 30 minute combo cardio/weights workout, followed by a yummy breakfast of avocado toast with scrambled eggs, strawberries, and blueberries!

Day 3 of sugar detox…the struggle is real 😩. Fortunately I’m not a fan of Jolly Ranchers or candy fruit slices. Whew!!! Stuck with lots of protein, fruits, and veggies. 💪💪💪

Leg day…squats and lunges and calf raises…oh my 😁. Walk in the snow ⛄️ with the dogs. Fortunately husband took care of most of the chores because…it’s winter again 🤣 Stay warm
