30 minute upper body workout yesterday. 30 minute cardio with weights this morning and a 15 minute walk with the dogs. Barn chores and more dog-walking tonight. Nutrition needs work. Started weighing, measuring, and tracking everything I eat. Hope everyone has a great day!

30 minute cardio with weights this morning. 4:30 a.m. comes early. Only time I can workout without interruptions and get chores done and to work on time. It’s worth it. Have a great day!

Here a GREAT quick HIIT workout toget that hearrate up. I was a competitive power lifter so my cardio isn’t great these days but this girl has a modified version for those of us working up to it
