Fasting and praying are proving to be very beneficial to me… not just health wise but spiritually. I fail daily… but I continue to improve so I win! I have always been healthy and fit most of my life and have gained an extra 30 pounds since my late 40’s. I would love to get in a routine and lose the weight and get healthy again. Also, I know I’ll never get back into my size 6 jeans, but wouldn’t mind size 8! π

Ok everyone! I am back and ready to get back on the wagon. What a crazy few weeks it’s been. But I’m committing to get into my old jeans by Christmas!

Ok…. I am back on track once again. My mom is home and recovering… now I am changing careers…. after 32 years… I can do this!!!! I am so excited. My new job will be sales related but I will have time to work out… so I am looking forward to it!!!

Ok… I haven’t been on for a couple of days, but I finished the No Sugar yesterday and I added a little bit today, but have stayed on a strict 1300 calorie day. I am going to eat some of what I like and stay in the 1,200-1,300 calorie range. This is easier for me than to stay away from everything. And I can stick to it longer…

So my Saturday was horrible, but I got back on track Sunday and have done pretty good today. I just need to find more time for exercise!

I have stayed away from sugar all day and my headache is slowly going away! Hopefully tomorrow it will be gone! I’m going to start the 30 day Ab/Squat Challenge. I’m going to get these abs and thighs in shape! π

A Quick Tip for inner thigh workout is to drop your stirrups. Take your boots out of the stirrup and ride for 10 minute increments. It will do wonders for your inner thighs and you will feel it the next day! π
