Day 3 of sugar detox…the struggle is real 😩. Fortunately I’m not a fan of Jolly Ranchers or candy fruit slices. Whew!!! Stuck with lots of protein, fruits, and veggies. 💪💪💪

Leg day…squats and lunges and calf raises…oh my 😁. Walk in the snow ⛄️ with the dogs. Fortunately husband took care of most of the chores because…it’s winter again 🤣 Stay warm

I don’t know if you’ll be able to read this or not but I just tried this recipe from a new cookbook I got called Milk Street Cook-ish – it’s simple, fast and very flavorful. Day 2 ✔, in door bike and yoga done, went over on calories, did good with sugar until after supper. I will try again tomorrow!
