Yes! I have been but I have developed this bad eating schedule…which is my fault and I need to fix. I haven’t been really eating most the day because I drink coffee and get busy…or I’ll just have a protein shake after lifting and won’t eat until dinner. All bad

I have been using a calorie counter. I actually had to start adjusting my caloric intake and changey workout routine too since my body is different now that I’m in my 30s lol. Having no thyroid doesn’t help but it’s coming off! And yessss I love it let’s do it!!

I would suggest increasing protein if you haven’t tried that.

So I worked out this past week every day I needed to. I was injured and worked around it but I even did the suggested riding bareback in addition for more of a workout.

My horse is tall and I need to lose a few to be able to pull myself up easier and also I feel very self conscious when I ride. It does effect my balance too.

I’ve always been an athlete…have gained weight with having kids but then would get it off. I lost my grandma “mom” in August and gained a ton of weight. I’m in a struggle trying to lose this and fight this depression. The weight isn’t coming off like it used to and I’m getting so frustrated.
