Tracking nutrition and exercise in MyFitnessPal. I try to stay between 1200 and 1300 calories. Today’s meals:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with fresh blueberries and a few walnuts

Day 2 of sugar detox. I’m still alive…LOL!!! 30 minute upper body workout this morning…added more weight…my arms will be noodles. 10 minute chilly walk with the dogs. I downloaded the myfitnesspal app. I walked 2 miles on the treadmill and did kundalini yoga. Day 1✔ hope you all had a great day!

Day 1 went well, I did go over a little on the sugar but way better than I normally am. I walked 2 miles on my treadmill and did my kundalini yoga tonight. I hope you all had a great day.
