Ugh, haven’t been able to do anything physical for almost a week. Have any of you ladies dealt with sciatica before? I’m pretty sure that’s what I have. Going to a chiropractor tomorrow. Fingers crossed I’ll be able to at least walk again after that.

Ok…. I am back on track once again. My mom is home and recovering… now I am changing careers…. after 32 years… I can do this!!!! I am so excited. My new job will be sales related but I will have time to work out… so I am looking forward to it!!!

Traveling for a long weekend & I managed to schedule in a gym workout, running meet up with an old friend, a yoga class & a Zumba class! Hopefully, I can also keep the sugar content in foods low. Otherwise, an incredibly busy week … does moving boxes & storage crates count as a workout? Ha!

Ok… I haven’t been on for a couple of days, but I finished the No Sugar yesterday and I added a little bit today, but have stayed on a strict 1300 calorie day. I am going to eat some of what I like and stay in the 1,200-1,300 calorie range. This is easier for me than to stay away from everything. And I can stick to it longer…

Motivation Monday: up early to walk/run & achieved the 10k+ step goal! Adding in more walking & running has increased my energy level, improving my motivation to stay committed!

So my Saturday was horrible, but I got back on track Sunday and have done pretty good today. I just need to find more time for exercise!

2 bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup quick oats
Smash bananas add eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix and add oats.
Make small pancakes!! -

Happy Friday!
Made it through the week without sugar. Managed to work through a few headaches & major fatigue! Water & more water is key to fighting through sugar cravings. I found it easier to avoid sugar @ home … at work, there are ALWAYS plates of cookies, local specialty cinnamon rolls & doughnuts sitting around! Anyone else? -

Okay another day done! Iโm enjoying keeping busy! Got stuff moved out to the horses property today and got a couple ton of hay today! I have stayed away from sugar all day and my headache is slowly going away! Hopefully tomorrow it will be gone! I’m going to start the 30 day Ab/Squat Challenge. I’m going to get these abs and thighs in shape! ๐

A Quick Tip for inner thigh workout is to drop your stirrups. Take your boots out of the stirrup and ride for 10 minute increments. It will do wonders for your inner thighs and you will feel it the next day! ๐

Ok… so to say I’m out of shape is understatement. However, on my iPhone I downloaded the app Asana Rebel. It has short workouts and stretches to do throughout the day. I highly recommend it. I’m already getting more flexible.
