Day 3 of sugar detox…the struggle is real 😩. Fortunately I’m not a fan of Jolly Ranchers or candy fruit slices. Whew!!! Stuck with lots of protein, fruits, and veggies. 💪💪💪

Leg day…squats and lunges and calf raises…oh my 😁. Walk in the snow ⛄️ with the dogs. Fortunately husband took care of most of the chores because…it’s winter again 🤣 Stay warm

Day 2 ✔, in door bike and yoga done, went over on calories, did good with sugar until after supper. I will try again tomorrow!

Tracking nutrition and exercise in MyFitnessPal. I try to stay between 1200 and 1300 calories. Today’s meals:
