Hi. I got up early and drove to town for a yoga class with a friend. I’m committing to do this weekly at least. It was a pleasant surprise. Have a good day everyone.

I have always been healthy and fit most of my life and have gained an extra 30 pounds since my late 40’s. I would love to get in a routine and lose the weight and get healthy again. Also, I know I’ll never get back into my size 6 jeans, but wouldn’t mind size 8! 🙂

I’m excited to say that I’ve been able to keep up with the low sugar plan. I admit the no sugar rule is really tough to follow. I’m running ~2 miles, 3 days a week & adding I’m other bouts of exercise as able. Going for a new job interview today, same field, & channeling my confidence!

Traveling for a long weekend & I managed to schedule in a gym workout, running meet up with an old friend, a yoga class & a Zumba class! Hopefully, I can also keep the sugar content in foods low. Otherwise, an incredibly busy week … does moving boxes & storage crates count as a workout? Ha!
