Hi everyone! I’m not sure how to use this website, but this seems to be a good start. I actually did have a good start to the 10 day sugar detox yesterday. I skipped breakfast except for coffee, which is normal for me. My lunch was a “taco salad” and I didn’t eat the chips that came with it. IT had some spinach leaves in it which was really great. For dinner, my husband had made hamburger patties, and I had one with green beans. I stayed tough and didn’t have any sweets or sugar! Yay!
My exercise yesterday was partially horse related: I cleaned out the horse trailer from our last show (LOL) and scrubbed out some feed buckets. After I got home from work, and after dinner, I did step exercises with weights while watching tv with my husband. I’m re-habbing my left knee following surgery a month ago, and I can finally do more intensive exercises. This morning 176.75# woo hoo!
