I have been drinking Carnation Breakfast Essentials every morning right before I work out. Its quick and easy, but sure it’s loaded with sugar. I have noticed my jeans fitting a little loser! Now I need to concentrate eating healthier dinners…

Ok ladies, I’m back. I fell off the wagon, but have to get this weight off by summer. Who’s with me? I am an emotional eater and I just made chocolate cookies tonight. I need to do this. I need help!!!

I am also an emotional eater and going through a 9 month custody case of my daughter. Hoping it should be over this month. I would like to lose at least 30# and see how I feel to determine my final goal.

You are going through a lot. Yes, I am the same way, as soon as the stress comes I go for the refrigerator. I really want to make a commitment now. I have made some goals to get it done. We’ll help each other

Yay! I finally got a workout in today! I did weights, stationary bike and then walked the dog for a mile. For some reason, I just felt so weak today. I think it’s because my body is missing sugar. I ate an orange this afternoon that really helped.

I have always been healthy and fit most of my life and have gained an extra 30 pounds since my late 40’s. I would love to get in a routine and lose the weight and get healthy again. Also, I know I’ll never get back into my size 6 jeans, but wouldn’t mind size 8! 🙂

Ok… I haven’t been on for a couple of days, but I finished the No Sugar yesterday and I added a little bit today, but have stayed on a strict 1300 calorie day. I am going to eat some of what I like and stay in the 1,200-1,300 calorie range. This is easier for me than to stay away from everything. And I can stick to it longer…
