Good afternoon! 30 minute cardio with weights this morning and a chilly walk with the dogs. Sugar detox is not easy… especially when a co-worker brought homemade cake. Good thing I came prepared with fresh strawberries and cottage cheese. Stay strong ladies!

My motivation is to be stronger and more confident, especially when I ride and compete with my horse.

My motivation is I just started learning to ride English saddle and I need to get a little more balance so need to strengthen legs and core.
