Ok so my final stats. I lost 1/2 lb, 1/2 inch off my waist and 1/4 inch off my hips. I am at 135 now. I know it’s not a lot lost or a lot of weight to begin with lol. I am 5’3” with a small frame sobI am most comfortable between 115 and 120. I will get there age and hormones be damned 😜.

I have been holding strong 🎉🎉🎉. While I stil sometimes want a sweet I have been able to stay away and honestly I have noticed I don’t crave it as much. Great going Dawn!! The hardest part is controlling the eating. I feel the same about going on past 10 days. I wonder if we can do something modified for another 10 days!

The eating is hard. When I sit I wanna snack and not always healthy. Stocking up on fruit help a lot. I got the sweet without the added sugar. I think just continuing the minimal sugar intake long term would be great. Let’s face it our bodies do not need all that refined sugar. I did really good at keeping the sugar out, except for coffee lol, all day. Buuut I was busy out side and it’s been hot…I didn’t eat enough today 😣. I track my calories on my Fitbit and I got just under 1500 for the day. Between that and the heat I guess that explains why I am sooo tired. Hope you all had an awesome day. It’s the end of Day 5! You guys are awesome. We love reading your comments and how you are beating the sugar. Hang in there, the end is in sight and then you can start incorporating a little sugar in your diet or continue the no sugar ban. Keep it going!

One of the things that we do regularly is walking/running with our horse. Instead of always riding, we take long walks with bouts of jogging.
