i wish eggs weren’t listed as a protein source. since I have an egg allergy…its such a challenge as every diet and healthy eating plan includes them.

Oh shoot! Food allergies do create challenges. I hope you are able to use some of the other protein sources listed in the article.

Accountability Group 2 years, 9 months agoYoga yesterday. no extra walking or barn chores. Hubby did them and single digits for weather. warm up Friday and Saturday is a horse show…so it will be busy for sure!

I had wondered the same. Then I found a link on the Facebook Group. There was also an email sent out. Perhaps email the admin and they can send you the link – may be faster. I will see if I can find it and tag you too!
