Bit of a slip today – Nando’s for tea 🐷.
In all fairness a treat in aid of my little brothers broken heart to cheer him up 💔.Haven’t yet weighed in or checked my weight/measurements, so will be jumping – more probably tiptoeing on the scales in the morning shocking myself back into it!

Upper body workout this morning. Increased weights on the last set. I have limited time in the morning…the best time for me to work out, so 30 minute workouts are best for me. Wakes me up and keeps my energy level up during the day. I just use dumb bells and my own weight, along with some DVD workouts I have collected. Will add several sets…[Read more]

Continuing to track nutrition. Had pizza over the weekend. I think for the first time in history I stuck to one slice and then filled up on veggies. Had corned beef and smoked cabbage with potatoes and green beans cooked in avocado oil on Sunday. Weighed and measured everything. Another workout in the books. Increased weight on last set of each exercise. Will walk the pasture with my horse during lunch…before sitting behind a computer for the rest of the afternoon. Then chores and walking dogs tonight. Happy Tuesday!

Horses got new shoes yesterday…YAYYY!!! Looking forward to riding again. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate soon. 🙂

Almost through the 10 day sugar detox. Still going strong. Amazing how reducing sugar intake has decreased inflammation in my joints. I think I’ll continue even after the 10 days. Up to 75 squats per day (25 reps at a time :)) …on top of any that are included in my regular workouts. Continuing to track nutrition as well. Feeling great!

Played kickball outside with my youngest daughter and did my yoga✔
Today was beautiful out, walked to the in laws with my dog to get my girls off the bus, saddled their horse and watched them ride for an hour or so, and then walked back home, and did yoga✔ -

Breakfast Egg Muffins
5 Eggs
Chopped Chorizo

Everyday the pastor has a morning message live. Todays topic was Hope killers..pride fear guilt and hurt. Learning to let go of those things and hold tightly to hope Season of change can be difficult. Start my day out with prayer and the morning message keeps me focus and grounded for the day.

Sugar detox…day 6…getting easier to “just say no” to sugar. However…my protein shake for lunch had a whopping 15 grams of sugar (organic cane sugar, acacia gum, and fructooligo-saccharides)…GRRR.
