This isn’t really a recipe, but it’s what I have for breakfast nearly every morning.
1 cup Fresh or frozen fruit
1/2 cup low fat, low sugar Greek Yogurt
1 Tbs whole almondsMix and enjoy!
The fresh fruit varies widely according to what’s in season. Strawberries are starting to come in!

Upper body workout this morning. Increased weights on the last set. I have limited time in the morning…the best time for me to work out, so 30 minute workouts are best for me. Wakes me up and keeps my energy level up during the day. I just use dumb bells and my own weight, along with some DVD workouts I have collected. Will add several sets…[Read more]

Breakfast Egg Muffins
5 Eggs
Chopped Chorizo
Diced Onion
Chopped Spinach
Pinch of Black Pepper

I don’t know if you’ll be able to read this or not but I just tried this recipe from a new cookbook I got called Milk Street Cook-ish – it’s simple, fast and very flavorful.
