For exercises I can’t really incorporate Bubbles into, such as yoga, I’ve lucked out with his pretty consistent nap schedule that allows me somewhat planned time to myself to get it done! How do other mamas work around their baby’s schedules?

Less of a headache today from sugar withdrawals. It’s a drug y’all! Lol Trying to replace it with water, since that seems to help most things.

Has anyone done baby weight exercises, where you work out with your baby as the weight? Sometimes, when Bubbles just won’t accept not being held, it turns into a pretty good workout.

Today Bubbles was part of my workout by riding along in the jogger while I went on a couple mile walk around the rolling hills of our neighborhood. I got to work on some stroller lunges too!

I’m so glad I read the email telling us about the 10-day sugar free spree BEFORE I went grocery shopping this morning! If great bodies are built in the kitchen, I’d better start getting serious about monitoring what gets brought into that building arena.
