Happy Friday!
Made it through the week without sugar. Managed to work through a few headaches & major fatigue! Water & more water is key to fighting through sugar cravings. I found it easier to avoid sugar @ home … at work, there are ALWAYS plates of cookies, local specialty cinnamon rolls & doughnuts sitting around! Anyone else? -

Okay another day done! I’m enjoying keeping busy! Got stuff moved out to the horses property today and got a couple ton of hay today! I have stayed away from sugar all day and my headache is slowly going away! Hopefully tomorrow it will be gone! I’m going to start the 30 day Ab/Squat Challenge. I’m going to get these abs and thighs in shape! 🙂

A Quick Tip for inner thigh workout is to drop your stirrups. Take your boots out of the stirrup and ride for 10 minute increments. It will do wonders for your inner thighs and you will feel it the next day! 🙂

Even with things “against” me today I stayed on track! We are moving my mom from WA state to NM so it’s all chaos and we are out twice today but I made smart choices and had water to drink even though my husband had to get Dr Pepper! lol. Good work! Sounds like a busy time, which definitely makes it harder to stay on track food wise. Think of the money you save by not getting an “actual” drink when you go out…
And yay for horses being home soon!-
Thank you! We’ve stocked up on protein bars, and better snack options for being on the go rather than stopping to go out to eat. I’m going to try and do some body weight exercises at stops to keep myself moving around through the drive.

Here is a 30 day workout challenge. When you finish, start again and add more reps so that you end up with 100 situps, 2 minute plank and 200 squats!! Think of how great shape you will be in!

Morning ladies!! It’s dark at 6 am in Dallas!! So this is me in the hotel room right after a walk/jog on a pretty nice path around the hotel. I scared some squirrels, cats and crickets. Time for a shower and a loooooooong business meeting. NO DONUTS at the meeting I hope

It’s been a long but good day! I was able to get a 70 min total workout in 😊 half was walking/ jogging and half was body weight leg workout. I have been getting better, but I truly struggle with being too competitive with myself. I need to remember I don’t have go 100% or 0%. I can relate! It’s hard when you are competitive – we are told the we should be our own competition, which is great, but we have to find that in-between you are talking about. Not as a resting place where we become stagnant, but as a step towards winning the competition against yester-us lol

EXACTLY!!! Lol. It’s okay to not be breaking records everyday, but keep doing stuff everyday to keep getting stronger and breaking personal records in the long run!

Yay, I made it the whole day without sugar!! I took a long walk with my horse. I’ll start riding more when it finally starts to cool down. I plan on doing weights and cardio tomorrow.

Here is a great outdoor workout or you can do it inside. The idea is to work your way down to 1. So early on you can do as many as you can and then by the end of the challenge be doing each exercise so that you have completed 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 You would be doing each 10 times but with less reps each time.
