God will strengthen you with his own great power so that you will not give up when troubles come, but you will be patient. Colossians 1:11… Giving up sugar doesn’t feel good… but God assures us it will be good in time… my faith is in Him.

No sugar for 10 days…. we can do this! It’s not about being comfortable… it’s about being the best we can be for ourselves, our families and GOD! Let’s do this!

Fasting and praying are proving to be very beneficial to me… not just health wise but spiritually. I fail daily… but I continue to improve so I win! Ok…. I am back on track once again. My mom is home and recovering… now I am changing careers…. after 32 years… I can do this!!!! I am so excited. My new job will be sales related but I will have time to work out… so I am looking forward to it!!!

Ok… so to say I’m out of shape is understatement. However, on my iPhone I downloaded the app Asana Rebel. It has short workouts and stretches to do throughout the day. I highly recommend it. I’m already getting more flexible.
