Here is the next quick workout, The Plank. We have also added a arm workout in it so you can tone up your arms while doing the workout. Be sure to suck in the stomach while doing this as that will help tone it. When you do all of these quick workouts together, it makes for a great full body workout.

Here is the quick wall sit workout you can do anywhere! It’s a great full body workout and killer on your legs. Start with 30 seconds and then work up each day. Do as many arm reps as you can each day, feel the burn!

Ok ladies, I’m back. I fell off the wagon, but have to get this weight off by summer. Who’s with me? I am an emotional eater and I just made chocolate cookies tonight. I need to do this. I need help!!!

I am also an emotional eater and going through a 9 month custody case of my daughter. Hoping it should be over this month. I would like to lose at least 30# and see how I feel to determine my final goal.

You are going through a lot. Yes, I am the same way, as soon as the stress comes I go for the refrigerator. I really want to make a commitment now. I have made some goals to get it done. We’ll help each other

yay 60 oz drank today (water) didn’t do any workouts today between shoveling snow and cleaning a couple houses i’m to tired .

adding water to my days Goal 90 0z per day. Yesterday I only managed about 32 oz. Already at 32 today yay.

I did it! a work out every day, OK they were only 15min. each New goal 20 min 4 days a week 10 for cardio and 10 for core strength. Mu Mantra or Moto for 2019 is ALL IN!

How is everyone doing? I was traveling last week for the National Western. I sure got plenty of steps in but the food situation was not optimal. Oh well. It’s a new week. Have a good one.
