Cold walk with the dogs, a 30 minute combo cardio/weights workout, followed by a yummy breakfast of avocado toast with scrambled eggs, strawberries, and blueberries!

Yoga yesterday. no extra walking or barn chores. Hubby did them and single digits for weather. warm up Friday and Saturday is a horse show…so it will be busy for sure!

Day 3 of sugar detox…the struggle is real
. Fortunately I’m not a fan of Jolly Ranchers or candy fruit slices. Whew!!! Stuck with lots of protein, fruits, and veggies.

Leg day…squats and lunges and calf raises…oh my
. Walk in the snow
with the dogs. Fortunately husband took care of most of the chores because…it’s winter again
