Yay Sandigirl!!! If we can do 10 days, we can go longer. My knee is feeling really great,and I feel stronger than I have in a year. My knee surgery was May 12th. No sugar yet! I have been drinking sparkling water with no sugar. That helps out hugely!

Yes, my emotional eating is sweets as well. Hang in there! You can do it! You will be so glad you stuck it out when Wednesday comes. Try to think, what will I feel like if I give in… the feeling will pass. But, yes it’s hard. I’ve been drinking sparkling water and it has really helped. No sugar, carbs, fat. I hear you both! I am 53 and going through the same thing. And yes, it all goes right to the middle. I think I have gained 35 pounds in the past 5 years, it’s awful. I am feeling better already with the challenge, so I’m sticking with it!

Ok ladies, I was SOOOOO tough today! They had bagels, donuts, strawberries, grapes and leftover graham crackers and marshamalows (from the chocolate fountain at the baby shower) all spread out in the kitchen this morning. Awesome job 😊…itβs not easy but we all have to take care of ourself. I for one am having a very emotional day and I tend to want to just sit and eat sweets. 5:45 pm ( where I am ) and I have been able to stay strong. Just a few more hours till bed lol

I am getting a lot of walking in. My horse is boarded about 2 miles away, so I’ve been walking to see her. So hot, so I do it in the morning. Then swimming in the afternoon.

Yes, Day 3 was tough for me as well! I didn’t eat sugar, but I ate too many Wheat Thins, LOL!

I’ve been feeling a little weaker today, so I had some peanut butter and also added some grapes for a snack. Feeling better. I passed up on some discounted donuts today. They looked wonderful, but I didn’t pull the trigger. Haha! Going to get a swim in now.

I did pretty decent. I had a taco salad without the chips, but did have some wheat thins for a snack. No sugar as in desserts or pop!
