Having sugar cravings? Here is a protein shake recipe with no sugar that is pretty yummy. We used blueberries, but raspberries or strawberries would be yummy. It also gives you some energy. Try it!

Hey everyone! I’ve been on a roller coaster with my weight and finding the older I get the harder it is to keep off. Each year I gain a few pounds more. It’s time I get a grip on this! Looking forward to getting some motivation.

Hi, sounds just like me. I started menapause the end of last year and I am having a really hard time with my weight 😔.

5 years 😳. I’m at about 1 1/2 yrs and feel like I am gonna lose my mind. The lack of sleep alone is enough to send me off the deep end then add fighting the weight 😢. I am so over this crap .

I started between 48-49 and I’ll be 56 in dec!! Imagine the look on my face when my doctor told me it could last 10 years!😱 I’m not a crier and I cried at tv commercials for years!!
