I have been drinking Carnation Breakfast Essentials every morning right before I work out. Its quick and easy, but sure it’s loaded with sugar. I have noticed my jeans fitting a little loser! Now I need to concentrate eating healthier dinners…

Here is the next quick workout, The Plank. We have also added a arm workout in it so you can tone up your arms while doing the workout. Be sure to suck in the stomach while doing this as that will help tone it. When you do all of these quick workouts together, it makes for a great full body workout.

Here is the quick wall sit workout you can do anywhere! It’s a great full body workout and killer on your legs. Start with 30 seconds and then work up each day. Do as many arm reps as you can each day, feel the burn!
